BuildtheCrew helps families coordinate care for someone they love. We take the trust you place in us seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share when you join our waitlist.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Optionally, who you're caring for and what's hardest right now, if you choose to tell us.
- Your answer to our pricing question.
- Basic, non-identifying analytics about how people use this page (for example, which link they arrived from).
At this stage we are not asking for and you should not send us any medical records, prescriptions, or detailed health information about the person you care for.
How we use it
- To send you updates about BuildtheCrew and let you know when early access opens.
- To understand what families need so we build the right thing.
- To occasionally reach out personally to learn about your situation — only if you're open to it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information. Ever.
- We don't share it with third parties except the service providers that help us run the waitlist and email (for example, our form and email tools), who are only permitted to use it to provide that service.
- We don't send you spam. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information by emailing us at the address below. We'll honor the request promptly.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share.
Changes
As BuildtheCrew grows — especially before the app handles any care information — we will update this policy and post the new version here.
